Using this site

You may read this site, share it, and submit a form. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for anyone else, try to reach data you are not entitled to, or submit anything on behalf of a person who has not asked you to.

The forms are for real inquiries. Submitting false information wastes the time of a small number of people trying to answer everyone.

What this site is not

It is not an offer of securities, and it is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. The Disclosures page sets that out in full and is part of these terms.

Accuracy

We try hard to get every figure right and to name its source on screen. Research gets revised, publishers restate, and a figure that was accurate in one year is not always accurate in the next. We refresh the figures on this site each January, when the Georgia sources publish. If you find something wrong, tell us at hello@georgiaangels.com and we will fix it or remove it.

The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption or free of error.

What you send us

You keep ownership of what you submit. By submitting it, you give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for: to evaluate an inquiry, to reply to you, and to keep a record of the conversation. We will not publish it or use it in marketing without asking you first.

Do not send us confidential information through these forms. Nothing you submit is treated as confidential unless we have signed something that says it is, and no form on this site creates such an agreement.

Our material

The words, design, charts and code on this site belong to Georgia Angels, except for the third-party research we cite, which belongs to whoever published it and is credited on screen. You may quote and link to this site. You may not copy it wholesale and present it as your own.

Links out

Where we link to another organization, we are pointing at their work. That is not an endorsement, and what happens on their site is between you and them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Georgia Angels is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do, and continuing to use the site means the updated terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and the courts of Georgia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
